At S & L Customz, we take pride in ensuring every order is delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and responsibilities once your order is placed.

Order Processing
• All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Standard processing time is 5–10 business days after payment is received.
• Custom and bulk orders may require 10–14 business days, depending on design complexity and order size.
• You will receive an email or text confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after your order is shipped:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Local Pickup & Pop-Up Shop Orders
We offer free local pickup for customers in our service area.
• Pickup details will be provided via email or text once your order is ready.
• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be restocked or donated unless prior arrangements are made.
At pop-up shops or vendor events, on-site orders will follow the same fulfillment timelines unless completed during the event.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected carrier, and total package weight.
Orders over $100 (before tax) may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, S & L Customz is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs:
• Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
• Notify us at S1lcustomz@gmail.com so we can assist in filing a claim or providing documentation.
💡 Tip: Always double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
