Refund policy
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Non-personalized items (such as blank merchandise or general S & L Customz branded items) may be returned or exchange d within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Sales on Custom Items Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the item has been delivered. This includes any product featuring custom designs, names, or logos.
However, if there is an error on our part (such as incorrect size, color, design, or damaged item), we will gladly replace or correct the issue at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Reporting Issues or Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing s1lcustomz@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product received
Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund — unless production has already begun.
After 24 hours or once work has started, cancellations may incur a restocking or material fee.
Exchanges for Sizing Issues
We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before ordering. Because all apparel is made to order, exchanges for incorrect sizes are not accepted unless the sizing error was due to our mistake.
Shipping & Lost Packages
S & L Customz is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
